Job summary

QXO in Murray, Utah is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee a profit center, drive sales, and streamline operations across the branch.

You will recruit and train the sales team, partner with other departments, and use trend analysis to identify profitable opportunities while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or 1–2 years related experience.
• Prior leadership in industry.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Refined leadership skills, including managerial and supervisory experience.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and team.
• Organizational and time management skills, including prioritizing tasks and delegation.

Responsibilities
