Overview:

Simon Acres Group are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead and manage the overall operations of a very successful and well established Plumbing and Heating merchant in East Sussex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, and warehouse activities.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales and warehouse staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews.
