Job summary

CareLinc Medical Equipment is seeking a Branch Operations Leader to assume ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the assigned branch. You will work with regional leadership to drive company goals, supervise staff, and ensure policies are followed while maintaining a focus on patient care.

The role requires flexible hours, ability to lift equipment up to 100 lbs, and adherence to background and drug-screen checks. We offer competitive pay, PTO, 401(k), and support programs.

• Delegate job responsibilities efficiently and ensure that delegated tasks are carried out properly.
• Work closely with senior management in developing/meeting company goals and objectives.
• Knowledgeable of, and responsible for, current company policies and procedures as they relate to the above duties.
• Must maintain a genuine care and concern for patients and their families.
• Assists with Performance Improvement activities and outcomes.

What will you be doing:

Ultimate responsibility for the overall operations of their branch / department. Works closely with other managers in the absence of the Regional Managers/Director with guidance from Executive Committee. Other duties include:

What is required:

• Driving record that is cleared by our insurance company.
• Able to pass background checks as it pertains to the position
• Able to pass drug screening
• MUST be able to work flexible hours
• Able to lift and maneuver equipment that may weigh up to 100 lbs occasionally
