Maxim seeks a Branch Manager in Memphis to lead the branch operations, sales, rental, parts and service, with full P&L responsibility, ensuring top-tier customer service and branch growth.
The role requires BA/BS, 5+ years in construction/rental customer-facing roles, and 2+ years logistics; responsibilities include supervising labor, ensuring safety, analyzing data, and coordinating with dispatch and service teams to maintain profitability.
The Branch Manager has full leadership, operational, and P&L responsibility for the assigned branch(s) with direct oversight of sales, rental, parts and service of all equipment, transportation and support functions. By ensuring all employees provide the highest level of customer service, they are the key to the stability and growth of the branch business and its employees.
