Job summary

Service Partners in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the branch, supervise staff, and drive sales and service excellence in the local market.

You will enforce OSHA and DOT requirements, manage inventory and budgets, and mentor teammates to grow into the next generation of leaders while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Valid driver''s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Prior supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge of the construction or distribution industry.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Experience with OSHA requirements and DOT inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the assigned branch, including supervision of all employees.
• Provide first-class customer service to build relationships and retain customers.
• Drive operational excellence and best practices to improve quality, safety, cost and service.
• Ensure timely action on sales leads and safe, compliant work environment.
• Manage warehouse inventory, staff and deliveries; develop leaders.
• Oversee budgets and P&L; leverage sales acumen to bolster team performance.
