Job summary

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Branch Manager to join a growing and dynamic team in Lahaina. This leader will drive customer service, operations, and sales initiatives within a well-established financial institution.

You will manage performance, coach staff, maintain pipelines, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering community relations and delivering solid results.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in customer service, operations, and sales leadership.
• Proven ability to lead goal setting, coach teams for performance, and drive business development.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Must register as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through NMLS within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, daily oversight, and service delivery.
• Lead sales pipeline management and business development efforts.
• Utilize CRM and digital platforms to engage customers and track performance.
• Hire, onboard, and develop staff while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Job description

This is not a remote role. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.

Position: Branch Manager

Location: Lahaina, HI

Pay: $115k/year

Experience: 3 years of proven experience in retail sales or financial services required

Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Rotational Saturdays, 8:30am to 1:30pm
