Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive branch growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
• Ensure excellent customer service by fostering an environment of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Regularly visit key clients to identify opportunities for further business development.
• Oversee branch operations to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
• Use financial reports to manage cash flow, improve transportation yield, and control expenses.
• Focus on driving profitable growth by increasing revenue and improving operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to keep the branch competitive in the freight forwarding market.
• Leverage market insights to adapt and enhance the branch's operational performance.

Physical Demands

Salary

For this position, the expected base pay range is $115,000 - $143,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
