Job summary

hXpath is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the efficient and profitable operation of all Branch activities in the United States. You will report financial and operational information to company leadership and lead a team to drive growth and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of export/import shipments, and hands-on management of budgets, staff performance, and customer relationships at the Branch level.

Qualifications

• 10+ years industry experience in Export/Import shipment processing Air and Ocean.
• 3+ years experience managing employees.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Branch Management including Operations, Staff, Financial, Compliance and office Management
• Full control of P&L for the Branch
• Prepare and analyze management and financial reports, budgets, expense reports and forecast for the branch
• Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the Branch
• Ensuring that policies and procedures set forth by the company are followed
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and review for all staff
• Responsible for the growth and development of client base and the Branch
