Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Branch Manager in Denver, CO to lead two distribution centers and own profit and loss responsibilities. You will provide strategic leadership, drive budgeting, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

  • Senior leadership experience in distribution, wholesale, logistics or related operations.
  • Full P&L responsibility for a significant business unit or distribution operation.
  • Experience managing annual budgets, forecasting and key operational metrics.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, transportation, inventory management, and distribution best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills with data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual operating plan aligned with regional and corporate objectives.
  • Own branch financial performance by leading budgeting, establishing KPIs, monitoring results and driving growth.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture by strengthening long-term relationships with key customers and vendors.
  • Provide strategic leadership to Directors and leaders to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to drive profitable growth and align operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to support initiatives and customer success.
  • Work with local leadership to set priorities and execute strategic initiatives across Denver and Grand Junction.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks and drive corrective actions.
  • Promote safety, engagement, accountability, and leadership development across the branch.
  • Mentor branch leadership and develop succession plans; drive inventory management and working capital optimization.
  • Lead change management initiatives including acquisitions and systems implementations.

Imperial Brady has a Branch Manager role available in Denver, CO! In this role, you will lead two distribution centers in Denver and Grand Junction providing strategic leadership and maintaining full profit and loss responsibility.   • Pay Range: $190,000 to $210,000 + Bonus

You Will
  • Develop and execute the annual operating plan in alignment with regional and corporate strategic objectives.
  • Own branch financial performance by leading the annual budgeting process, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring results, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and operational goals.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture by partnering with key customers, resolving escalated customer and vendor concerns, and strengthening long‑term business relationships.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to a high‑performing team of Directors and functional leaders, driving accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all areas of the business.
  • Partner with Sales leadership by participating in monthly sales meetings, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring operational alignment to drive profitable growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key manufacturer and supplier partners to support strategic initiatives, product growth, and customer success.
  • Collaborate closely with the local leadership team to establish priorities, solve complex business challenges, and execute strategic initiatives across the Denver and Grand Junction operations.
  • Analyze operational and financial performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and lead action plans that improve business performance.
  • Promote a culture of safety, employee engagement, accountability, and leadership development while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and mentor the branch leadership team, creating succession plans and building organizational capability.
  • Drive inventory management, working capital optimization, and operational efficiencies while maintaining high service levels
  • Lead change management initiatives, including acquisitions, systems implementations, and organizational transformations
You Have
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field; equivalent leadership experience will be considered
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in distribution, wholesale, logistics, manufacturing, or a related operational environment
  • Demonstrated success with full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for a significant business unit or distribution operation
  • Experience managing annual budgets, forecasting, financial performance, and key operational metrics
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, transportation, inventory management, customer service, and distribution best practices
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills with the ability to translate data into business strategies
  • Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills
