Visterra Landscape Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a designated Ohio/Nation branch, driving safety, service quality, and profitability. You will guide daily operations, manage budgets, and oversee workforce planning while partnering with Account Managers and field leaders to retain clients and expand services.

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, financial success, and customer satisfaction of an assigned branch. This role provides strategic direction and day-to-day oversight of branch operations while ensuring exceptional service delivery, employee engagement, operational efficiency, and adherence to Visterra\'s quality and safety standards.
Working closely with Account Managers, Production Managers, field leadership, and corporate partners, the Branch Manager oversees branch operations, workforce planning, financial performance, customer relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is accountable for driving revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams while ensuring the branch consistently delivers outstanding service to customers.
