Leavitt Machinery in Nanaimo, BC is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, drive financial results, and elevate customer satisfaction. You will oversee multi-department teams, manage the P&L, and partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in branch leadership, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to develop high-performing teams while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a multi-departmental or branch management role.
• Strong financial literacy and budgeting with KPIs.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and build a high-performance culture.
• Experience in material handling, industrial equipment, or automotive service is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to drive customer engagement and resolve escalations effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business systems (ERP, CRM).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to travel is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team through regular coaching and performance reviews.
• Chair the Branch Safety Committee and reinforce safety as a core daily value.
• Encourage cross-functional cooperation and shared accountability across all roles and departments.

The Opportunity

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a Branch Manager to join our team in Nanaimo, BC. As the Branch Manager, you will oversee branch operations to ensure optimal performance, customer satisfaction, and financial results.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The base pay range for this role is: $130,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on experience, plus bonus.

This is an onsite role based in Nanaimo, BC.
