Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the branch team and daily operations, ensuring quality customer service and achievement of sales and productivity goals. This role drives our commitment to MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Responsibilities include hiring, training, setting goals, collaborating on growth campaigns, and ensuring compliance with policies. A bachelor's degree is preferred and ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least three years in a Warehouse Supervisor, Manager or Branch Manager role.
• Experience with Epicor Eclipse ERP preferred.
• Strong leadership, sales, and customer-service capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Hire and train staff for all roles.
• Oversee day-to-day branch workflow.
• Recommend promotions and salary adjustments as appropriate.
• Collaborate with other branch managers to set sales goals.
• Set performance standards with executives and ensure compliance.
• Lead regular staff meetings and provide guidance.

• Maintain strong client relationships and customer service excellence.
• Participate in community activities to promote the organization.
• Collaborate on advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.
• Assist with start-up and growth of new branches.

Lonestar Electric Supply and its subsidiaries are looking for an experienced Branch Manager who will direct and supervise the staff and day-to-day operations in their assigned branch location, ensuring delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales or productivity goals. They will also drive and promote our passion to MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Responsibilities:

• Hires and trains qualified candidates for all roles.
• Oversees the day-to-day workflow of the branch.
• Provides recommendations for promotion and salary adjustment as appropriate.
• Collaborates with other branch sales managers and Presidents to set reasonable sales and/or retail goals.
• Collaborates with President to set performance standards. Standards may be based on financial and operational goals and required compliance with internal, local, state, and federal policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives.
• Identifies training needs and opportunities; develops and implements a plan for meeting those needs.
• Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
• Participates in community activities to promote the organization and to build goodwill.
• Collaborates with other managers and district managers regarding advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.
• Assists with start-up, development, and growth of new branches as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Associate’s degree and equivalent industry experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least three years of prior experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Manager or Branch Manager role.
• Previous experience with Epicor Eclipse ERP preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting up to 40 lbs. may be required infrequently.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
• Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.
