Schedule: Monday - Friday (Day Shift, Full Time)

Pay Rate: Salary $67,500 (Minimum Starting Rate) + Pay Incentives

A Day in the Life of a Branch Manager:

• Exercises complete responsibility for growing, managing, and developing branch business operations, sales, and personnel
• Providing exceptional service to associates and customers at the counter and over the phone through accurate order entry
• Achieve daily/monthly sales and operational budget goals
• Following ethical standards and complying with company policies that ensure a safe, friendly, and team-oriented family culture

Required Skills:

• Outstanding organizational and communication skills; ability to multi-task; ability to work with a team and independently and with minimal supervision
• Computer literacy. Ability to use Microsoft Office, as well as proficiency in order entry processes using our Epicor Solar Eclipse system, VAMAC's intranet, or other systems as applicable
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms (i.e. in-person, phone, email, etc.)
• Ability to stand and walk for long duration, as well as lift up to 100 pounds
• 3+ years management experience and/or equivalent education
