Job summary

The City of Omaha is seeking an experienced library supervisor to manage operations of a branch library or major division. You will lead staff, hire and train personnel, and direct daily work while ensuring excellent customer service and promoting library programs.

Responsibilities include budget management, policy implementation, and collaboration on system-wide initiatives. A MLS/MLIS from an ALA-accredited program and 3 years of professional library experience are required.
