You will mentor your team and collaborate across branches to advance the regional footprint.

Qualifications

• Leadership developing a team and aligning culture with the mission and values.
• Mechanically inclined with proven rigging, lifting, fabrication, maintenance or transport experience.
• Financial skills to lead a team and achieve business metrics.
• Project management experience in construction/industrial sectors.
• Computer software and management reporting to convey metrics and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch in sales, execution and financial results as Local Leader.
• Develop and coach the team; ensure safety and quality are prioritized.
