Job summary

Security Finance is seeking a Branch Manager to motivate and lead a team, serving customers in-person and over the phone. You’ll be the link between the branch, the community, and customers, helping with financial needs.

You will develop, train, and manage branch staff, ensure accurate loan processing and tax returns, maintain cash controls, and ensure compliance with lending regulations. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver’s license, with an acceptable driver’s record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
• Previous finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
• Maintain office cash with accuracy and security.
• Meet goals while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of the loan process and income tax returns.
• Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal lending regulations and Company policies and procedures.
