Job summary

Security Finance is seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to lead and motivate a team, serve customers in person and over the phone, and act as the liaison between the branch and the community. The role focuses on delivering excellent service while ensuring accurate loan processing and tax returns, cash controls, and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee staff development, training, performance coaching, and daily branch operations, with a strong emphasis on growth and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Must have prior management experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
• Maintain office cash with accuracy and security.
• Meet goals while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of loans and tax returns.
• Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collections.
• Maintain compliance with lending regulations and company policies.
