Job summary

You will manage operations, represent the brand, and collaborate with specialists to meet clients’ financial needs while upholding risk controls and a culture of hospitality. This role requires 2+ years of retail banking leadership, a high school diploma, weekend/evening availability, and completion of our Branch

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong leadership coaching teams to achieve results.
• Proven ability to manage deposits and investments growth.

Responsibilities

• Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our culture and values.
• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to grow deposits and investments.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Build and cultivate a high‑performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and engage with the community.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment and adhering to policies.
