Qualifications

• Strong decision-making skills to navigate challenges while maintaining compliance and client trust.
• Experience creating and maintaining a robust risk and control environment and adhering to policies.
• Ability to translate technology into accessible solutions for clients and staff.
• Demonstrated capacity to influence, educate, and connect teams, partners, and clients with financial technology.
• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
