You will coach and develop staff, execute branch initiatives, build community relationships, manage operations, and represent Chase with integrity, hospitality, and premier financial solutions. This role requires weekend/evening hours and completion of training programs.

Formación

• 2+ years of management or leadership experience in retail banking or Chase leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to empower employees and drive results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain operational integrity.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Familiarity with NMLS/SAFE Act requirements is a plus.
