Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, delivering exceptional service and hospitality while guiding a team to meet goals in deposits, investments and operations.

You will coach staff, manage daily branch activities, maintain risk controls, and represent the brand with customers and local businesses through community engagement. Strong leadership and compliance experience are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities in retail banking.
• Proven track record of managing and growing deposits and investments.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced branch.
• Experience maintaining risk controls and following policies.
