Job summary

Chase in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the team, grow deposits and investments, and deliver attentive service in a welcoming environment. You will coach staff, manage operations, and represent the brand with hospitality and integrity.

You will work a full-time schedule, including weekends and evenings, and complete Branch Manager Training. You may travel for training as needed, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and strong community ties.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail banking or branch leadership preferred.
• Compliance mindset with focus on risk and controls.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.

• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
