Job summary

Rasa Floors, LP is seeking a Branch Manager Trainee to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead the branch team to meet sales and service targets. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will partner with the area and regional managers, hire and coach staff, manage budgets and KPIs, and ensure high-quality service to our customers while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
