You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales and margins, manage inventory, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service. We offer comprehensive benefits, a competitive salary range of $75,000–$85,000 with quarterly incentives, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum prior management experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience leading retail or industrial distribution teams.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and 125 lbs with equipment.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn digital tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Self-motivated with focus on team success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to bridge staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to meet sales and margin goals.
• Promote sales, deliver customer service, manage inventory levels.
• Ensure safety and regulatory standards and staff alignment.
• Provide training for inside sales on product knowledge and policies.
• Handle daily cash processing and reporting workflows.
