Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus five years’ experience in dealership operations and management.
• Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets insurability guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective means of control of the business outcomes and customer service reputation of the location through oversight and coordination with subordinates.
• Maintain strong financial oversight by ensuring budgets are developed, reports investigated for anomalies, and expenses controlled per company policy.
• Promote and practice effective recruiting with training opportunities to achieve succession planning and develop a skilled workforce.
• Foster and maintain profitable relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Train department managers on understanding analytical data and reports.
• Responsible for overall profit and loss of the location and meeting business plan goals.
