Job summary

Premier Trailer Leasing is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the branch’s performance, profitability, and operations. You will lead sales growth, develop the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences under direct regional leadership.

You’ll drive business development, manage customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in sales/branch leadership within a trucking or equipment leasing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field plus 3–7 years in sales or trucking/lease environments
• Proven leadership and relationship-building skills
• Customer-focused mindset with service excellence
• Experience leading sales teams and business development efforts

Responsibilities

• Promote Premier Trailer Leasing's value proposition to customers and secure opportunities to quote equipment requirements
• Follow up quotations via calls, meetings, and site visits
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders including purchasing, operations and leadership
• Drive revenue growth and market expansion within the assigned territory
• Lead branch operations and maintain accountability for profitability and performance
• Oversee collections and financial health of the branch
• Coach and develop branch staff to foster accountability and continuous improvement
