Qualifications

• Manages priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance and revenue growth.
• Leads a branded sales process to achieve targets and customer loyalty while managing ecosystem partnerships.
• Coaches and develops branch team members to deliver a differentiated client experience and seamless omni-channel service.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and risk management policies.
