OneMain Financial is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead a customer-focused team and drive lending options, while modeling exceptional service. You will conduct motivating meetings, oversee training on operations, compliance, and collections, and recruit top talent aligned with company values.

Responsible for maintaining regulatory adherence and delivering community-focused results, you’ll coach staff to achieve branch goals and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team.
• Proven experience with meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months where required.
• Preferred: college degree or underwriting/credit decision experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a customer focused environment, ensuring all lending options are presented and modeling service excellence.
• Conduct engaging meetings that motivate and align the team with branch goals.
• Manage training on branch operations, compliance and collections with real time coaching.
• Oversee collection activities, consulting with customers on overdue accounts and developing solutions.
• Attract and cultivate high quality, diverse talent to build a strong team aligned with OneMain values.
• Provide actionable feedback to support growth and continuous improvement.
