Job summary

Foundation Building Materials (FBM) seeks a Branch Manager to lead overall branch operations, drive customer service, and elevate team performance. You will oversee daily activities, inventory, budgeting, and sales forecasting while fostering a high‑quality, safety‑conscious culture.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will mentor staff, recruit and develop talent, and collaborate on strategic goals to expand market share and align with FBM values across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of management or leadership experience in construction or building materials distribution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Experience in budgeting and aligning operations with business goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily branch activities to achieve optimal efficiency and service levels.
• Monitor inventory control, product quality, and safety standards.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Support budgeting processes and align departmental goals with the business.
• Forecast and manage sales performance in a high-growth environment.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for branch personnel.
• Recruit and develop managers and supervisors; assess team strengths.
• Build strong relationships with customers and expand market share.
• Collaborate with leadership on short- and long-term goals.
