Job summary

RedKey is seeking a Branch Manager in Missouri to lead agent growth, profitability, and culture at the office level. You will oversee recruiting, retention, training, compliance, and daily operations, partnering with the Corporate Team to align local initiatives with company-wide goals.

As a senior leader, you will coach agents, manage staff, and ensure a welcoming, high-performance environment while upholding RedKey's standards of ethics and service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of real estate sales experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience within a brokerage or team environment.
• Strong understanding of contract law, compliance, and real estate operations.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with real estate technology and transaction management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting and retention, support agent development, ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Drive agent growth and coaching through mentorship, workshops, and performance planning.
• Lead ongoing recruitment efforts and onboarding collaboration with the Corporate Team.
• Oversee daily office management, staff supervision, and implementation of marketing initiatives and communications standards.
• Represent and uphold RedKey's culture, ethics, and service in every interaction.
