Job summary

JT4, LLC is seeking a Branch Supervisor II to lead software, hardware, and cybersecurity development efforts across multiple projects. You will oversee subordinate supervisors, manage schedules, budgets, and ensure customer alignment.

You will mentor staff, enforce SDLC/HDLC standards, interface with customers, and ensure timely delivery while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence in a federal contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal training and related experience.
• 12 years of related field experience with four years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and mentor subordinate supervisors and personnel within software, hardware, and cybersecurity development branches.
• Oversee multiple concurrent development projects across software, hardware, and cybersecurity domains.
• Lead branch planning, track progress, and manage budget execution and resource allocation.
• Provide high-level technical oversight across development activities, including design, testing, and production readiness.
• Ensure teams follow SDLC/HDLC and cybersecurity standards and practices.
• Interface with customers to ensure alignment with requirements and timely reporting.
