Job summary

VitalCaring Group is seeking a Hospice Clinical Branch Director to lead the Seminole Hospice Branch. The role focuses on balancing clinical quality with exceptional operational performance, ensuring patient-centered care and staff engagement remain at the forefront.

You will oversee everyday operations, drive performance, and partner with clinical leaders to deliver high-quality hospice care while fostering trust within the community and with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (required).
• 3+ years of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations.
• Strong understanding of clinical quality, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Experience leading teams with a focus on engagement, retention, and development.
• Ability to manage operations while keeping patient care at the center of decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, financials, and performance with a long-term mindset.
• Monitor key indicators like quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and team stability.
• Ensure the branch operates efficiently while never compromising care.
