Huntington National Bank in Fort Mitchell, KY is seeking a Branch Manager to lead all facets of sales, service and operations at the branch. You will coach a team, drive growth, deepen customer relationships, and coordinate referrals to partners to meet production goals.

You will manage daily branch operations, ensure compliance, and maintain community involvement while delivering excellent customer service and financial solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ years in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Background check and fingerprinting requirements per NMLS regulations.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and previous management experience.
• Strong leadership, customer service, communication and sales skills, and knowledge of deposit products.

• Leading team to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Identifying and presenting sales and service opportunities using available tools.
• Maintaining knowledge of products, services, technologies and policies.

• Overseeing recruitment/hiring to ensure staffing aligns with Huntington’s culture.
• Managing overall branch operations in line with policies and procedures.
• Understanding branch financial performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
