JPMorgan Chase in Austin is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional client service while driving deposits and investments growth. You will oversee operations, mentor staff, and uphold the brand’s hospitality and technology solutions.

The role requires a proven leadership track record in retail banking, a high school degree or equivalent, and flexibility to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Training and travel may be involved.

Formación

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong leadership to coach and empower employees.
