You will lead all aspects of branch sales, service, and operations, coaching the team to achieve production goals and deepen customer relationships while driving business within the community and across partner channels. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with proven management experience in retail banking, and a commitment to excellent customer service, processes, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; leadership in retail sales preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ year in goal-driven retail sales leadership.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and sales coaching skills.

• Manage portfolio of high value consumer and business customers.
• Lead team to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Referrals to partners to deepen customer relationships and meet goals.
