Job summary

Accurate Personnel in Thornton, Colorado, is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all branch operations and serve as the main contact for clients. You will drive growth of partnerships, recruit and develop staffing professionals, and ensure recruitment success to meet client needs. Salary ranges from $68,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on experience, plus bonus potential.

Excellent benefits package. Office hours are Monday–Friday 8 a.m.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in industrial staffing or related field.
• Proven branch management and sales target achievement.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow partnerships with companies and community organizations.
• Recruit, hire, and train staffing professionals to build a high-performing team.
• Set and monitor branch goals with weekly 1:1 meetings.
• Oversee daily activities and onboarding within first 30 days.
• Foster open dialogue with supervisors on performance and conditions.
• Lead motivational activities to enhance morale and retention.
• Drive recruitment and business development to meet targets and budgets.
• Maintain branch operations per company standards and conduct audits.
