Job summary

Heights Finance, part of the Attain Finance family, is hiring a Branch Manager in Sumter, SC to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional service to customers.

You will drive branch growth, oversee loan processes, address delinquency, coach the team, and build lasting customer relationships. This full-time role offers a base salary of $54,500–$81,500, benefits from day one, and a path for development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 1-2 years of leadership/management experience.
• Experience in consumer finance, lending, or banking preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Willing to work full-time hours Monday–Friday; some evenings/weekends based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive Branch Growth: implement marketing plans, build relationships, manage daily operations.
• Lead Loan Processes: oversee new and refinanced loans with compliance and service.
• Address Delinquency: proactively manage delinquent accounts.
• Be a Hands-On Leader: set standards for customer service and sales.
