Charles Schwab is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Los Angeles to lead a team and drive growth of market share and client assets. Working with the Branch Manager, you will develop and implement a comprehensive local business plan and coach a driven team of branch professionals.

You will relocate as needed within the network and leverage your leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills to deliver results for clients and the branch.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
• Valid and active Series 7 license required
• Valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license required
• Valid and active Series 9/10 (8) license required (may be obtained within 90 days)
• Willing to relocate across the network for manager opportunities

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a comprehensive local business plan focused on growth of market share and client assets
• Coach a driven team of branch professionals and manage performance and engagement
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to drive development and growth for clients and staff
• Support the Investor Services organization in helping families with financial goals such as retirement planning and investing
