Qualifications

• 5 years of sales experience in the financial services industry with proven success.
• Ability to hire, train and develop successful financial professionals.
• Strong knowledge of advanced sales concepts in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall productivity of the Branch and recruit new financial professionals.
• Work on personal business practice growth with Financial Professionals.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings and help with business planning.
