Volarify is seeking a General Manager to lead our Englewood, CO branch, owning total operations from sales through service delivery. You will guide a high-performing team to deliver exceptional restoration projects and customer outcomes, while driving financial performance and strategic growth.

The role demands strong business acumen, P&L oversight, and proven leadership in a service organization. A growth mindset and collaborative partnership with regional leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience growing a service-oriented business.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.
• Experience in operations and/or sales leadership in restoration or similar service industries.
• Ability to energize and develop teams while managing multiple priorities.
• Growth mindset with fast learning and adaptability.
• IICRC certification a plus but not required.

Your Impact

As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the total operations of your branch - overseeing a talented team of professionals to drive financial performance and operational excellence.

You'll ensure every project reflects Our Client's reputation for quality, reliability, and integrity. From fire and water mitigation to contents pack-out and full rebuilds, you'll be at the helm of a branch that helps families and businesses recover, rebuild, and move forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to energize and develop teams while managing multiple priorities with precision and purpose.
• A growth mindset - you learn fast, adapt quickly, and inspire confidence in others.
• Industry certifications such as IICRC are a plus but not required.
