Crimson Consulting Group is seeking a Branch General Manager for the Albuquerque, NM location. This on-site role oversees the branch with teams in sales, operations, admin, warehouse and delivery, driving growth and profitability.

You will partner with corporate staff to execute strategy, recruit and lead staff, and maintain client relationships to expand business. The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience in wholesale distribution, building materials preferred, and a track record

Run this branch as the GM with staff involved in Sales, Operations, Administrative, Warehouse and Delivery! Work hand in hand in with Corporate staff and run your own P & L and Grow your Business!! Use your Leadership skills to lead and continue the growth of this operation through Sales, Operations, and Hiring. Use your Customer Service skills to meet with clients and work with your Sales Team. As in any GM role, you'll need to be well rounded with experience and leadership. Would love to see someone in the local area who's interested in joining a solid organization with a 50 year plus history in the building materials industry. Salary in this role will start somewhere around $100k - $110k or so depending upon your background and experience.
