Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of proven retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience.
• Ability to travel between branches as needed.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with basic internet/ computer technology.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of Consumer and Business Banking solutions; make recommendations based on needs.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities.
• Explain loan-application criteria at a high level.
• Complete servicing tasks for Consumer/Business Banking relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Follow the sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to customers to support retention and expansion of relationships.
• Maintain adherence to customer service standards and deliver a differentiated experience.
• Attend lobby duties: meet/greet customers and initiate banking solutions.
• Introduce appropriate banking partners when a product opportunity exists.
• Assist with AML/BSA/KYC processes and escalate suspected fraud.
• Log and resolve customer complaints; process transactions accurately.
• Ensure branch operations and documentation are up to date.
