Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Branch Flex Officer to serve clients across industries including healthcare, education, and finance. The role offers 30-40 hours per week with a self-scheduling program, flexible shifts, and opportunities for advancement.

You will gain broad site exposure and hands-on security experience while contributing to safe environments. Starting pay is $19.68 per hour with a focus on reliability, adaptability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required before employment.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company or customer vehicle.
• Background investigation required by federal/state/local laws; past criminal history considered.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for unusual conditions creating security concerns or hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire in emergencies.
• Warn violators of infractions (loitering, smoking, forbidden articles).
• Permit entry of authorized persons and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate incidents; maintain logs and prepare reports.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Make emergency notifications per site orders.
