Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Branch Flex Officer to monitor and protect client sites across healthcare, education, finance, retail, and more. You will work 30–40 hours weekly with shifts that vary and you may pick up shifts through our Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program.

Expect irregular shifts with little advance notice to meet client needs. The position offers hands-on experience, diverse environments, and a pathway to long-term career growth within a leading security company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Must be 18+, or 21+ if armed.

Responsibilities

• Perform patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department as needed.
• Warn violators and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
