Job summary

Greater Wichita YMCA seeks Branch Maintenance Director I to oversee daily maintenance of the branch facilities, including pools, plumbing, electrical and basic HVAC, under the supervision of the Branch Director.

Required: eight years in a licensed trade, a high school diploma (preferred), a valid Kansas driver license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have eight years in a licensed trade and hands-on facility repair.
• Experience using computers and Microsoft Office.
• Valid Kansas driver license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day branch facilities including pools and HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and timely repairs across plumbing, electrical, and painting.
• Ensure safety compliance and manage inventory of tools and supplies.
• Coordinate with Branch Director and maintenance team for repairs and projects.
• Provide reliable coverage for flexible shifts including weekends.
