Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health Branch Director in Warner Robins, GA. You will lead clinical services, set care standards, and ensure quality patient outcomes in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

The role requires RN licensure, 1–2 years in health services administration with supervisory experience, and strong leadership. This is a full-time position with benefits and a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for external candidates where

Qualifications

• RN license required (ASN/BSN).
• 1–2 years in health services administration with supervisory/administrative experience in Home Health or related program (state/federal requirements).
• 5 years leadership or business development experience preferred.
• Valid license to practice in the state.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote performance and quality home care.
• Maintain efficient office operations and safe working environment; comply with local ordinances and safety regulations.
• Ensure deficiencies from surveys or audits are addressed and corrected.
• Supervise all administrative staff and oversee clinical staff through Clinical Manager(s).
• Direct the Branch's overall direction, coordination, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services
• Maintain office operations in an efficient, productive, effective, and organized manner, providing a safe working environment for employees. Meet local ordinances and fire and safety regulations in compliance with the company policies
• Ensure deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys, or audits are addressed and corrected
• Provide direct supervision to all administrative staff at the Branch and oversee clinical staff through collaboration with the Clinical Manager(s)
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch

Qualifications

• RN license (either ASN or BSN)
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in health services administration, with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related Health Care program, per state specific and federal requirements
• Five years of experience in leadership or business development, preferred
• Valid license from the state practicing in
• Current CPR certification
