Job summary

Rexel USA in Fairfield, CA is seeking a Branch Driver to deliver products to customers and the Platt branch/warehouse. This role operates a delivery van/box truck (No CDL required) and emphasizes accurate loading, on-time deliveries, and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record review.
• Must obtain verification of a non-expired medical certificate within 60 days.
• No suspended license or major accidents in the past 3 years.
• In lieu of experience, must attend company driver training.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the vehicle and complete the daily inspection report.
• Keep the vehicle clean, serviced, and maintained; report repairs.
• Follow DOT, local and state driving laws and regulations.
• Load/unload and verify material for each order; ensure no damage.
• May assist in preparing orders for delivery and complete documentation.
• Pickup material returns and verify condition, quantities, and catalog numbers.
• Pickup material from suppliers and perform other branch duties as needed.
