You will handle routine banking transactions, open new accounts, and assist customers with sales and service needs. This position emphasizes relationship building and cross-selling, with opportunities to coach branch teams

Qualificações

• 2+ years relevant experience
• May require vocational or technical training
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time & lift objects up to 30lbs

Responsabilidades

• Opening new accounts
• Handling teller transactions
• Marketing and cross-selling bank products and services
• Resolving complex customer service issues
• Builds rapport to engage prospects in a banking relationship and enhance existing customer relationships
• Refers customer to other banking services and other bank personnel as appropriate
• Other duties as assigned
