Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational soundness of the branch, including security, audit controls, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development.
  • Drive revenue and customer loyalty via proactive client interactions in an omni-channel environment.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes exceptional service and profitable customer relationships.
  • Manage talent acquisition, training, coaching, and performance management of staff.
  • Oversee risk management, including adherence to policies, security, and audit requirements.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires 3+ years of related banking or financial services experience.
  • Associates degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
