Job summary

This position is 100% in office, based at a WesBanco location in Napoleon, OH. You will drive employee engagement, lead the branch’s sales and service initiatives, and manage daily operations to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will conduct outside sales, build relationships with customers and business partners, and participate in community service opportunities in the market. May be assigned to more than one office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisor or leadership experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Drive employee engagement and lead a full-service banking center to deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead sales and service initiatives, meeting with customers in person at the branch and with customers at their location.
• Oversee branch operations, compliance, staff development, and community outreach.
